NOSEC’s policy is to provide End Users with a thirty (30) day right to return a Product for a refund of the purchase price(minus registration fee of $75) paid by the End User (unless a longer period is required by law in which case End Users may return a Product as permitted by applicable law),

If you conclude that our software does not meet your expectations, you can either contact us for a refund (if you purchased the product from our Website within the last 30 days), or follow the refund policy of the reseller from whom you purchased the software.
Thank you for trying our products. To arrange a refund, complete the following steps:

Step 1. Determine Eligibility

End Users who registered on NOSEC website with  LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter or MySpace account with at least 20 connection, friends or follows on the date of purchase.

Refunds are available to those customers who purchased the software within the last 30 days, as demonstrated by your proof of purchase information. If you have this receipt, please follow the instructions in Step 2.
Step 2. E-mail Your Proof of Purchase

To claim your refund, please send the e-mail confirmation from email registered on License Management (receipt) to support department

For each purchase from the NOSEC website you should have received an e-mail confirmation. Among other things, this e-mail indicates the following:

  1. Payer;
  2. Customer Number, Order Number, or Reference Number;
  3. Product Ordered;
  4. Date of Purchase;
  5. Price Paid.

If you are unable to locate your e-mail receipt, you must give us your contact information and other details so that we can locate your order. The information you send must include the following: your full name, estimated date of purchase, purchased product, purchase price, and reason for returning the software. The date of purchase must be within the last 30 days. E-mail this information to support department.

We will send you an e-mail to notify you whether you are eligibile for a refund based on the proof of purchase you provided and product package you returned to us (if any). You must also destroy all copies of the software you may have made or stored in any place, as well as remove the software from any computers owned or controlled by you.

If your request for a refund is confirmed, we will proceed within 2 to 7 business days following confirmation of eligibility.

Policy Changes

We reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately following the posting of the revised Refund Policy on the NOSEC websites.

You agree to periodically review our websites, including the current version of our Refund Policy. Our refund policy is made available on our websites. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
